John Davis, Founder of Aspen Custom Builders has been Building Quality high end homes and remodels in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years, specializing in ground up building projects, extensive remodels, renovations and home additions. Aspen Custom Builder has also designed and completed many notable spec homes in the Aspen area.
Aspen Custom Builders have completed and General contracted over 40 specialty homes including 15 homes in historic downtown Aspen and Exclusive homes in Aspens Starwood, McClain Flats and Red Butte Communities. Projects also include Renovation of the Historic Andres Building ( now Prada) and the Pepke park gazebo in Pepke park. John has also worked with Celebrity Aspen residents.
Aspen Custom Builders has the know how to navigate the difficult Aspen Building codes. and permitting process. As the valley becomes more in-tune to the demands of Green and responsible building methods, Aspen Custom Builders has long term experience to assist in these areas. Our team has years of hands on experience utilizing Sustainable Project Development and building techniques.
